Introduction

MAE systems refer to Maybank Anywhere Everywhere System. MAE is a system that integrates the admission of all categories of Maybank user in different age groups. This system starts implemented at 2019. However, some bugs exist in the current version of the MAE system and needed to be improved.

The Purpose

• To define requirements using use cases and problem domain cases
• To identify and analyze events and resulting use cases foruse case diagram
• To identify and analyze domain classes for domain model class diagram.

The Scope

• Account Creation Module: allow user (new or existing) to create account in the Application.
• Entertainment Module: carry out purchasing of movie, flight tickets and grab payment.
• Transaction Module: carry out send money, request money, mobile reload and top up wallet.
• QR-Pay Module: carry out QR Pay and My QR.
• Bill Payment Module: carry out split bill and bill payment.
